Hydro Billing Electronic ACH Payments

Step 1: Sort the Invoices and select PAY

When you successfully log in to https://hydrobilling.relia-bill.com/Billing-History, you will need to sort in Descending Order the "Period" column (see red arrow above) in order to see the most current invoices. You will notice that "Current Balance" shows the same for all prior statements.

Once you have View & Downloaded your statement, proceed to click on the "Pay" button for that service and period.

step 2: Choose pay by credit card or ach

By default, the "Pay By Credit Card" option appears as the default method of payment which charges a card transaction fee. By clicking on the Green Checkbox, the option to pay via ACH will appear.

Step 3: pay by ach

If you clicked on the Green Checkbox, your payment method now shows "Pay By ACH". You can revert back to Credit Card by clicking on the Blue Checkbox. Otherwise, click on "Yes - Submit Transaction" to proceed with paying via ACH which will not charge a transaction fee.

step 4: Select e-check

The next step shows the method of payment, E-Check. Click on the button to proceed.

step 5: Complete ach banking details

Complete the details of the banking account you wish to direct debit via ACH. Choose from Checking or Savings, Personal or Business, and then enter the routing and account number (twice for validation).

Step 6: enter banking address details

On the next screen, enter the details of your bank account selected for ACH Debit.

Step 7: review & confirm

In the final step, you will find your email address by default for Hydro to send you the payment confirmation. You can enter a mobile number as well to receive an SMS payment confirmation as well.
