Property Tax Forms

Department of Inland Revenue

The Rental Pool that qualified our condos and homes for the Hotels Encouragement Act property tax exemption was dissolved when Resorts World opened the hotel. Many units received the notice below to register their property for tax compliance.


The Board is working on partnering with a vendor that can assist homeowners with this process.

Sample Property Tax Certificate

Every homeowner should be filing & paying annual Property Taxes by March 31st of each year.
